It was a beautiful evening in St. Petersburg when I met Jennalee and her daughter Reese for their “mommy and me” session. Jennalee wanted photos that captured more organic moments with her daughter, and I was excited to photograph the unique dynamic of their relationship.
When we met up with Solovic family one Saturday afternoon, there was a calming overcast that spread as far as we could see. The sun’s rays would occasionally peep through, but for the most part, just layers and layers of clouds. Although it’s not the norm, I don’t mind these cloudy days. In fact, I love how you can see nature’s colors completely untainted.
